Resort Buyout
Please note that on March 13-16, as well as April 7-10, 2025, our resort will host private events, and certain amenities and facilities will be unavailable. During this time, guests will have access to activities operated by Mandarina Experiences, and dining at Chukker, located in the Flatlands. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to providing you with a memorable experience during this period.

Settlement of Accounts
As per Mexican regulations, One&Only Mandarina cannot accept settlement of accounts at the resort in USD cash and therefore credit card payment is required.

Group Bookings
A maximum of four rooms may be booked through the website. Please ensure you provide full names for each room, otherwise the duplicate name reservation may be cancelled. Please email reservations@oneandonlymandarina.com for reservations of five rooms or more.

Accessibility
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest extent possible. While our resort is not fully accessible, we do offer an accessible villa with supportive features for greater comfort, as well as assistance in select areas of our property including restaurant and spa. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing personalized support and accommodations to make your visit enjoyable. Smoking
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the villas or treehouses and on the terraces, public areas, pools, beaches and restaurants. Smoking will be permitted in designated areas of the resort.

Rate Changes
Please be advised that service charges, fees and taxes (or the introduction of any new fees or taxes) are subject to change at any time without prior notice and One&Only Mandarina reserves the right to introduce these in accordance with law. The prevailing tax rates at the time of stay will be charged, along with the introduction of any new fees or taxes.

One&Only Mandarina reserves the right to cancel a stay at a time prior to scheduled arrival. In this event a refund will be issued of accommodation pre-payments.
